Select Homes, Inc. (selectmodular.com) Acquires Palm Harbor Homes Eastern Retail Division

Select Homes, Inc., a company based in Asheboro, NC, announced today that they had completed an all cash purchase of Palm Harbor Homes Eastern Retail Division. The purchase included nine Model Centers located in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia, giving Select Homes 19 model centers in the southeastern US. No other details of this transaction were released.

Select Homes is a General Contractor in North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia. With this purchase Select Homes, Inc. becomes the largest builder of “True Modular™” homes in the US. Mr. Bill Loflin, Chairman and CEO, states that Select Homes has approximately 88 model homes displayed in three states. Select only builds “True Modular™” homes through plants in Danville, VA, Martinsville, VA, Robbins, NC and Laurinburg, NC.
